2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1. To use our services, users must create an account on our website.
2.2. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activities conducted through their account.
3. Credit Purchase and Payments
3.1. Conversation time with the AI is purchased in paid time packages. Pricing is listed at (www.talk-caravela.com/precos).
3.2. All payments are processed by our payment partners and are subject to their respective policies.
3.3. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3.4. Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
4. Rules of Use
